Ionian Star Hotel is well placed very close to the centre of Alykes with the beach on the doorstep. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the pool is fabulous with a spa/ jacuzzi section and really comfy sunbeds. Prices for food and drink are very reasonable and the quality of the food is good...

“Lovely hotel”
Brilliant location, fantastic pool, and run by a lovely family. Nothing too much bother, we decided to get a later flight and stay an extra couple of nights and George couldn't have been more helpful we even managed to keep the same room....

This is an excellent little hotel in a prime location in the resort of Alykes. We had breakfast on the riverbank every morningwatching swallows swooping along the river for flies while in the distance tourists waited at the end of the jetty for a trip boat to arrive...
